We have to eat vegetables
Good health is not only about not being ill, it is about being happy and feeling whole from a physical, mental and spiritual point of view.

In our community, one of the most important things we need is food. Food is any substance consumed to provide nutritional support for the body. It is usually of plant or animal origin, and contains essential nutrients, such as carbohydrates, fats, proteins, vitamins, or minerals. The substance is ingested by an organism and assimilated by the organism's cells in an effort to produce energy, maintain life, or stimulate growth. And one of the foods we need is vegetables for our healthy body.
Vegetable is an edible plant or part of a plant, but usually excludes seeds and most sweet fruit. This typically means the leaf, stem, or root of a plant. 'Vegetables' are important protective food and highly beneficial for the maintenance of health and prevention of disease. They contain valuable food ingredients which can be successfully utilized to build up and repair the body. This is one known as the most important thing we need in our life. This is one thing who gives us vitamins, fats, proteins, carbohydrates and whatsoever in our body.
So let’s eat vegetables and be a healthy man of the community.
